ARVON PHILLIPS COMMUNITY CENTER The Arvon Phillips Community Center, located at 200 S. Heacock, houses the main administrative office of the Recreation Commission. The Center also has a game room, gymnasium, 2 racquetball courts and a meeting room with a kitchen. |
